We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, but we hope to be able to offer this on our products very soon. Coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature. We want you to be really happy with your purchase, so please contact us right away if there is something wrong and we will do our best to make it right.
If any items in your order arrived damaged, we would like to replace those for you. We just ask that you send us a photo of the box or envelope, as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) so we can send them to our carrier for a claim.
